One of the best parts of going to a Major League Baseball game is eating a hot dog and enjoying being outside in the nice weather. Los Angeles Dodgers fans have an ideal existence as the weather is almost always perfect and they get to enjoy world famous “Dodger Dogs.”
The giant hot dog is a staple for Dodgers fans and is one thing some may be missing without fans in stadiums this year. However, that may be a good thing as the plant that makes the hot dogs is reportedly facing an outbreak of COVID-19.

This is certainly unfortunate and also scary news. A reported 140 people have tested positive at the facility and this is yet another example of why it would be so difficult to go back to normal too soon.

Having issues with a hot dog suppliers shows all the variables teams would have to overcome to have a normal season. That is just not going to happen in 2020 and all we can do is hope that everyone at the “Dodger Dog” plant is doing alright and recovering.
