A new Warzone exploit has been discovered that grants players invincibility in the game’s final circle as long as you buy a teammate back from the buy station.
Despite its popularity, Call of Duty: Warzone has been far from perfect. If it’s not bugs, its hackers, and players are getting increasingly frustrated with all the in-game problems, including the latest invincibility exploit.
First pointed out by Reddit user u/Matt5hew, the exploit can be executed without the use of hacks or cheats. When the final circle begins to close in, a player from your team needs to buy back a dead teammate via the buy station. Once the revived teammate returns to the game and parachutes in, they will be stuck outside the gas but will receive zero damage to their health. That player will then be able to slowly descend into the battlefield while enemy teams frantically search the map for the last remaining player.
Because u/Matt5hew’s teammate was unaffected by the gas, he remained in the air until the “Warzone Victory” message appeared on the screen. The enemy players, unable to find his teammate, succumbed to the gas themselves resulting in an easy win.
Due to the nature of the exploit, Infinity Ward will likely address this sooner rather than later. They are continually pushing new updates across all platforms, so hopefully, the issue will be fixed within the week.
